Alexa Barrus
Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant
Alexa Barrus joined the Partnership in April 2007 as Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant.
Before relocating to the D.C. area, Alexa was the Finance Manager for a large physical therapy office and was responsible for the supervision, administration and management of the clinic. She has also worked in various departments of the Nevada gaming industry.
Alexa earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Oregon University with a double minor in Marketing and Management. While attending Eastern she was involved in the student government as a Student Senator and later the Political Affairs Executive. She was also the marketing director of the campus activities organization and a “team co-coordinator” marketing intern for General Motors.
Alexa commits herself to being involved in the community, especially working with youth. She currently is involved as a high school volleyball official and has volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
