Jennifer Carignan
Associate Manager
Jennifer Carignan is an Associate Manager for Research at the Partnership for Public Service. In this role, she conducts and manages research projects that analyze diverse areas of federal human capital.
Jennifer permanently joined the Partnership as a Program Associate for Education and Outreach in July 2008, overseeing a robust portfolio spanning numerous Partnership programs. She helped to manage the Call to Serve network of universities and federal agencies and served as a coach to the University at Albany, Macalester College and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, three grant-funded Call to Serve institutions. Her role on the Education and Outreach team also included coaching seven Federal Service Student Ambassadors and managing the Partnership’s Making the Difference Web site, a widely recognized resource for jobseekers interested in federal career and internship opportunities. Jennifer initially came to the Partnership in 2005 as a Public Service Fellow on the Communications team.
A native of southern New Hampshire, Jennifer graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Susquehanna University and holds an M.A. in International Studies from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
