Jennifer Carignan
Program Associate
Jennifer Carignan joined the Partnership as a Program Associate for Education and Outreach in July 2008. In this capacity, she is responsible for the development of the Call to Serve network and forthcoming education and outreach projects.
Prior to joining the Partnership, Jennifer served as the Lead Teacher at Oxford Learning Center in Centennial, CO. She also worked on the Communications team as a member of the Partnership’s Public Service Fellows Program in 2005.
A New Hampshire native, Jennifer graduated with honors from Susquehanna University in 2006 and holds an M.A. in International Studies from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
