Caroline Chang
Senior Program Manager
Caroline Chang joined the Partnership's staff as a Program Manager in January 2002.
After completing her graduate studies at Harvard's Kennedy School in 1999, Caroline was selected for the prestigious Presidential Management Intern (PMI) program. As a PMI, she served as a policy analyst at the Department of Education, as the Associate Director for Education Policy on the White House Domestic Policy Council, and as a Legislative Fellow to U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman.
Caroline has also worked as a Project Manager for the prominent survey research firm of Penn, Schoen and Berland.
Her undergraduate degree was earned at Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School.
