Cordelia Chansler
Program Associate, Center for Government Leadership
Cordelia Chansler joined the Partnership in March 2010 as a Program Associate with the Center for Government Leadership, working to strengthen federal leadership. She currently works on the Excellence in Government Fellows program, enrolling incoming Fellows, pairing Fellows with mentors to support their development, and administering assessments to help Fellows assess their leadership capabilities.
Prior to working at the Partnership, Cordelia worked as a Research Associate at Notch Partners, a boutique human capital services firm that cultivates high-impact CEO relationships for private equity buyout clients and their portfolio companies.
A New Jersey native, Cordelia graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College. During her time at Wellesley, Cordelia interned at JPMorgan Chase and the Wellesley College endowment. She is a member of the board of Stevens Cooperative School in Hoboken, NJ.
