Samantha Donaldson joined the Partnership in February 2009 as a Program Manager for Communications.

Prior to joining the Partnership, Samantha served as the Communications and Outreach Director for the Council for Excellence in Government.  In that position, she was responsible for providing public relations and communications strategies that increased awareness of the Council, its communities of practice, and its programs. Previously, Samantha was a Public Affairs Specialist with the Federal Citizen Information Center (FCIC), a department of the U.S. General Services Administration, which manages USA.gov, the official Web portal of the U.S. government.

A native of Georgia, Samantha is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, S.C. (B.A.) and the University of Georgia (M.M.C in Public Relations).
