Natalie Elghossain
Associate Manager
Natalie Elghossain is an Associate Manager with the Center for Government Leadership where she works on the Excellence in Government Fellows program, the Annenberg Leadership Seminars, and the Partnership's efforts to spur innovation in government.
Natalie joined the Partnership in June 2010. Prior to joining the Partnership, Natalie interned at Families and Work Institute, a nonpartisan, nonprofit research organization dedicated to national workforce and workplace issues as well as community development and early childhood education. She is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Business Training program in Effective Communications and Human Relations.
Natalie is a native of New Jersey and graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University with a B.A. in International Relations and Sociology. While at Bucknell, she studied abroad with the Semester at Sea shipboard education program, traveling to 14 countries while circumnavigating the globe.
