Program Associate

Cali Ence joined the Partnership as the Private Sector Council’s fellow in August 2006 and now works as a Program Associate. She is a graduate of The George Washington University (GWU) earning a masters degree in Public Administration. At GWU, Cali was a graduate research assistant and was elected by her peers as the Professional Development Coordinator for the Masters of Public Administration Student Association.  
 
Cali previously worked at the Utah State Legislature during the 2005 legislative session and as a Deputy Clerk at the Salt Lake City Courthouse. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Weber State University in Northern Utah.
