Brad Golson
Program Manager
Brad Golson joined the Education and Outreach team at the Partnership for Public Service in January 2006. The Partnership’s Education and Outreach team works to inspire a new generation of students to enter federal service through their work with a network of over 600 colleges and 70 federal agencies through effective practice studies, quantitative and qualitative survey analysis, workshops, facilitated discussions, monthly newsletters and tool development.
During his time at the Partnership, Brad has worked on the Call to Serve Recruitment Initiative, a study of effective recruiting and outreach strategies for federal agencies on college campuses. He developed and oversaw delivery of a number of training programs for students and career advisors. He also developed the Federal Career Day toolkit, a resource for universities seeking to build strong relationships with federal recruiters. Because of his work with universities and federal agencies, he has presented at a variety of national recruitment meetings sponsored by a number of agencies and human capital organizations.
Brad currently manages the FedRecruit project, a study of effective recruitment, hiring and retention strategies for hard to fill entry level positions in government.
Brad is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he served as student body president and a member of the LSU System Board of Supervisors.
