Program Manager

As a Program Manager with the Partnership's Center for Government Leadership, Laura manages our three-year leadership initiative with the Department of Education and our programming aimed at creating a more innovative federal government. Her role includes project management, program design and delivery, and facilitation. Laura is certified and trained in Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership Model, the Strength Deployment Inventory and the DISC assessment.

Laura joined the Partnership for Public Service in March 2007. Her other work at the Partnership has included managing the Excellence in Government Fellows program and launching the Annenberg Leadership Seminars and Annenberg Leadership Institute.

Prior to joining the Partnership, Laura was a Research Analyst with the Corporate Executive Board, where she completed numerous research reports profiling best practices in human capital management. Laura also served as a Quantitative Research Analyst where she designed surveys and analyzed quantitative data related to employee recruitment.

Laura holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and she graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Public Policy Analysis and Political Science.
