Amelia Mann
Program Associate
Amelia Mann is a Program Associate for Government Transformation. In this position, she manages the Onboarding Agency Services to improve retention and productivity through strategic onboarding. Her role includes designing and structuring workshops and developing tools to support human resource managers with onboarding. She also serves as a project consultant for the Excellence in Government Fellows Program and coordinates the Partnership’s employee mentoring program.
Amelia came to the Partnership as a Fellow through the Public Service Fellows Program. She joined the Partnership staff as a Development Associate, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate sponsors, the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) agency outreach, donor acknowledgements and prospect research.
A native of Seattle, Amelia graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in Political Science and Communications. During her senior year, Amelia worked as a research assistant for a project studying the transnational movement to fight human trafficking. She continues to be involved with organizations that raise awareness of modern slavery.
