Prior to her tenure at Booz Allen, Leslie Ann was a senior consultant for a survey research firm that was a subsidiary of Advocate Health Care, the largest healthcare provider in the Chicago metropolitan area.   She worked with over thirty U.S. and Canadian hospital systems on measuring and improving their patient and employee satisfaction scores.
