Karen Rogers
Publications Manager

Karen Rogers joined the Partnership for Public Service as publications manager in December 2009.

Previously, she was the communications manager at the Association of Public Health Laboratories, where she edited and designed publications, published the weekly electronic newsletter and provided technical communications assistance to staff and members. Prior to that, Rogers was the communications specialist at The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, where she was in charge of the website and collateral materials, and helped grantees promote the value of their programs.

She graduated magna cum laude from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts: Public Relations and minors in Spanish and History. She has a Master of Arts in Public Communication from American University.
