Rosanna Tucker
Senior Consultant
Rosanna serves as a senior consultant with the Partnership for Public Service. She is working with the FedExperience program, which encourages retiring baby boomers to pursue encore careers with the federal government.
Rosanna retired from the federal government in January 2009 after more than 30 years of service in human resources (HR). Her extensive experience crosses multiple HR disciplines as well as expertise in strategic human capital development. Rosanna’s expertise working in both the executive and legislative branches of government provides for a broad perspective in policy development and program management, employee and labor relations, performance management, employee recognition and work place programs.
Most recently, Rosanna served as the Policy and Strategic Planning Officer with the United States Capitol Police. Previously, Rosanna worked as a senior manager and HR advisor at Architect of the Capitol and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. In 2008, Rosanna received the Distinguished Service Career Award from the United States Capitol Police in recognition of her program and policy development work over the last five years.
