Cara designs and executes the Partnership’s print and digital projects including research publications, the Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medals, Go Government, Best Places to Work in the Federal Government® and Public Service Recognition Week. Additionally, she maintains the organization’s websites and designs marketing campaigns. Cara earned a Bachelor’s of Journalism from The University of Missouri.
