Roy J. Bostock
Chairman, Partnership for a Drug-Free America
Roy J. Bostock is the chairman of the Partnership for a Drug-Free America. Mr. Bostock is the former chairman of B/com3 Group.
Mr. Bostock was named president of D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles following the merger of Benton & Bowles with D’Arcy MacManus Masius in 1985. Mr. Bostock added chief operating officer to his title in 1988 before taking the helm as chairman and chief executive officer two years later. He went on to become the principal architect of the 1996 formation of The MacManus Group, formerly known as DMB&B Inc. He assumed his current position in February 2000 when The Leo Group’s merger with The MacManus Group was finalized, creating B/com3 Group, Inc.
Mr. Bostock is a trustee of Duke University; a member of the Board of Visitors of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke; a trustee/director of the United Way of New York City; a trustee of the U.S. Ski Team Foundation; a trustee of the Committee for Economic Development and a member of the NCAA Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Bostock attended Duke University on a full athletic scholarship and majored in English Literature. Mr. Bostock later graduated from Harvard Business School.
