Keith Lawrence
Director of Human Resources, Global Beauty, Procter & Gamble
Keith Lawrence is currently Director-Human Resources, P&G's Beauty, Health and Well Being Global business unit. This is P&G's largest enterprise with $42 Billion in sales and 46,000 employees globally. In this capacity his team is responsible for providing world class human resources support to these operations. During the last two years he has also been a member of the P&G and Gillette HR integration team with responsibility for employee on boarding and culture integration. He is based at P&G’s Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati Ohio.
Keith graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and has completed graduate work for his MBA. His professional experience includes five years within the retail grocery industry and twenty nine years at P&G in positions of line manufacturing management, customer services and human resources. He is dedicated to building innovative organizations that are capable of delivering sustained benchmark results while fulfilling the personal aspirations of its members.
Keith is a pioneer in P&G’s ‘Connect & Develop’ strategy that partners with other world class institutions to develop leading edge approaches that unleash the full potential of every individual. He has published several articles in the field of Organization Development.
He is actively involved in a wide range of church, sports, and volunteer activities, and has been affiliated with several United Way and Junior Achievement functions. He is currently serving as a key consultant to the city of Cincinnati in its effort to reduce violence, which has received global recognition for its unique approach and results.
