Call to Serve Workshop Series
Building a Campaign to Promote Federal Service

We are excited to bring our university members a full schedule of conference calls for the 2007-08 school year. These free calls are intended for faculty and staff of Call to Serve member schools. Limited space is available. Registration for each workshop will open within one month of the call. All calls are subject to change based on registration enrollments.

We are planning our 2008-09 series and want to know your ideas for future workshops! What do want to see again and what news ideas do you have? What would help you on your campus?

Part IV of Keys to Success Series: Using Summer to Plan Ahead for 2008-09

June 4, 2008
3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT

The relative quiet (right!) of summer can be a great time to get programs ready that will inspire and educate your students about federal job and internship oppotunities during the 08-09 school year. Several Call to Serve universities have had great success using the summer to educate faculty and advisors in how to work with students on federal opportunties, to reach out to parents of new students and to plan events that take advantage of the experiences of students who had summer federal internships. Join us for this Webinar to learn about how your campus can ensure your students can land positions in federal service!
