Our Effective Hiring Workshops and Webinars will help you get the right people in the right positions so that your agency can better achieve its mission. Designed for federal human resources personnel and hiring managers, these sessions address strategies for recruiting and hiring key talent.

Effective Hiring Workshops
The annual Effective Hiring Workshop series convenes agency representatives for interactive trainings during which we discuss practical, innovative approaches to help improve agency hiring practices and build professional capacity. Hosted in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the 2011 series, Hiring Manager and HR Collaboration: Making It Work!, will focus on enhancing collaboration between all parties necessary for effective hiring in government.

Effective Hiring Webinars
As an expansion to the popular workshop offerings, we launched a new Effective Hiring Webinar series, which makes content available to practitioners throughout the country and across the world. Join us for engaging online presentations to learn more about how to successfully implement hiring reform in your agency.
