Federal Advisor Trainings



The Partnership for Public Service, in collaboration with the National Association for Colleges and Employers (NACE), offers a one day interactive professional development training that equips you with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively advise students on the federal job search and application process and build federal service as a brand on your campus. NACE, co-sponsor of this program, is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEPTM). This program is eligible for 6.5 credit hours. Trainings are held at host campuses across the country at different locations each year to bring down your travel costs.

Call to Serve Webinar Workshop Series

The Partnership for Public Service offers a number of exciting, informative and free or low-cost webinar workshops for faculty and career services professionals at colleges and universities across the country. These interactive presentations, which generally last for one hour, cover a wide variety of topics including the "Five Steps of Federal Advising", federal student programs, KSA writing and security clearances.

Best Places to Work in the Federal Government: The 2010 Rankings Have Arrived!

On January 23 the Office of Personnel Management launched a new version of USAJOBS.gov, featuring a variety of exciting tools and resources.
